4. When did you start running and when did you join the SGR ?
I started taking running seriously in 2008. I became an SGR runner the year it was established I think that was 2014.
5. What has been your favourite race and why ? Frankfurt Marathon 31st October 2016. I just loved it from start to finish it was a well organised run with plenty of support the whole way round but what topped it of for me was the finish. We finished in an indoor arena which was red carpeted for the last 500 metres with loads of photographers. I felt like a movie star at the Oscar it was fantastic. Also it was the marathon I done my PB on finished in 3hrs 45mins. NBFAOD. Lol 6. Favourite place to run
6. Favourite place to run ? Frankfurt
7. What do you like most about being a member of the SGR ? We take pride in our club and try to help each other out. We always have good craic at all the runs.
8. If you could choose anywhere in the world to run, where would it be ? Japan, I'm hoping to do all 6 Majors so far iv done 3 hoping to get into Chicago next year.
9. What is your favourite race medal ? Armagh Marathon first year medal, it was the hardest marathon I ever ran but the medal was well worth it.
10. What has been your best running achievement ? Getting into New York Marathon last year through the ballot
11. Favourite distance you like to run ?
Marathon
12. Aims for the future ? My aim for the future is to complete all 6 Majors through good for ages or through the Ballots. So far I have finish 3 so 3 to go. Wish me luck folks 😊
